I played NCAA basketball at San Francisco State. Team captain. Obsessed with how the body actually works, not just how to make it perform.

That obsession turned into a B.S. in Kinesiology and four ISSA certifications. The whole approach is built around one idea: the gap between knowing and doing is where most people get stuck. My job is closing that gap.

Common questions.

Do I need a gym membership for online coaching? +
Nope. I build programs around whatever equipment you have, full gym, home setup, or anything in between. Just let me know what you're working with on our call.
What's the difference between Nutrition Only and Full Coaching? +
Nutrition Only is for people who already have a solid training routine and just need their diet optimized. Full Coaching covers both: a custom training program plus full nutrition support. Most clients who want real results go Full Coaching, because training and nutrition are most effective when designed together.
I've tried programs before and they didn't work. Why is this different? +
Most programs fail because they're built for a hypothetical person, not you. I write every program from scratch based on your schedule, your goals, your history, and your life. And unlike a static plan, we adjust it every week based on how you're actually doing.
Do you work with younger athletes? My kid is in high school. +
Yes. I work with athletes 15 and up and I involve parents in the process. For high school athletes, the focus is usually performance, injury prevention, and body composition that doesn't interfere with their sport.
How much of my time does this take every week? +
Beyond your actual training, not much. Weekly check-ins take about 5–10 minutes, and you can message me anytime through the app. I build your schedule around your life, not the other way around.
Can I lose fat and build muscle at the same time? +
Yes. It's called a recomp. It's most realistic for people in their first couple years of training or coming back after time off. It takes careful calibration of training and nutrition, which is exactly what we do.
What happens on the free call? +
We talk for about 20-30 minutes. I ask about your goals, your current routine, your schedule, and what's worked or hasn't in the past. You can ask me anything. If we're a good fit, I'll explain how I'd approach your specific situation. No pressure. I won't pitch you on a call you didn't want.
