I played NCAA basketball at San Francisco State. Team captain. Obsessed with how the body actually works, not just how to make it perform.
That obsession turned into a B.S. in Kinesiology and four ISSA certifications. The whole approach is built around one idea: the gap between knowing and doing is where most people get stuck. My job is closing that gap.
